Demo · a plumbing client
Assigning field work without doing it by hand.
A plumbing client has people in the field. Each job needs the right skills, the right tools on the truck, a workable route, and a time estimate. Doing that matching manually for every request is slow and easy to get wrong. This page shows the system we built for that problem.
Demo · a plumbing client
01 · Before / After
How dispatch worked. How it works now.
A plumbing client had to decide who goes where by hand: which truck has the right tools, who knows the job type, how far each person is, and what the travel time looks like. Drag all the way left or right to compare both sides.
After · With ELSIAA
The system assigns the job
Incoming work is matched to skills, tools on the truck, location, and current load. A stop order and time estimate are set with the assignment.
Result
The office can still change priority or reassign. The tech sees the job, tools needed, and when they should arrive.
Before · Manual dispatch
Spreadsheets and phone calls
Someone in the office had to check tools, skills, distance, and availability for every job, then call around until someone could take it.

Manual matching
Note
Who has the camera? Call Luis. Don’t double-book Sam.
02 · Customer request
Where the job enters the system.
Customers request service on the plumbing client's site. Submit a job here and it is assigned to a technician — then it shows up in the office board and in that technician's day list.
03 · Office
What the office sees while people are in the field.
The problem on this side is visibility and control: which jobs are open, who is carrying them, whether a customer needs to move up the list, and whether an assignment should be changed. Use the filters and buttons — they update the same job list the technician app reads.

What the technician sees for the day.
Each person in the field gets their jobs in order, the equipment each stop needs, drive time, and how long the work should take. Open a job, check the gear list, and move the status as the day goes.

Request in. Job assigned. Tech already knows the stop order.
That is the problem this demo covers: taking incoming plumbing work and turning it into assigned stops with tools, order, and time estimates — without the office rebuilding the day in a spreadsheet.
